Tonya has more than 15 years of management experience, specializing in finding operational efficiencies, improving communication, and implementing new technology. Tonya’s talents lie in analyzing systems, uncovering problems and challenges, and creating creative, affordable solutions tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients.
A native of Pennsylvania, Tonya holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication and a master’s in English literature from St. Bonaventure University. She began her career in journalism and public relations and believes that the ability to communicate effectively is the key to success in any situation.
In 2001, she moved to Kentucky and became the director of communications for a national trade association, and four years later, was promoted to vice president of operations with oversight of customer service, event planning, research, print publications, and technology. In 2007, she became the vice president of business systems for a large association management company, where she directed internal operations for several association clients.
Tonya now lives in Berea, Ky., with her husband and daughter. In addition to working with clients to help them achieve their goals, Tonya enjoys horseback riding and owns two quarter horses.
